Pet Policy

Brixworth loves your furry friends! Our community allows up to two pets per apartment home. We require a $300 non-refundable pet fee ($200 for second pet) and $15 monthly pet rent per pet. We have a combined weight limit of 150 pounds. Our restricted breed list includes American Pit Bull Terriers, Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, American Staffordshires, American Bulldog, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chows, Great Danes, St Bernard's, Akitas, Presa Canario's, Wolf hybrids or any mixture of these breeds. Breed restrictions are subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
