I also want to add, the manager didn't send me an email to inform me of my approval, she called me instead, that personal touch meant the world to me

|Recommended: YesProperty Managers — The two ladies in the office April and Anna are amazing. They have made my move in soo easy, and I have stopped by probably every day to ask a question and they are always ready to help. With these ladies in the office, I know that any questions or complaints or concerns I have will be answered and addressed within a timely manner without making me seem silly about it.
|Recommended: YesFirst Impression — Overall, this is a wonderful place to live. It is really quiet, and clean around the grounds and front office. The only thing would be all the spiderwebs around the outside of properties. The office staff is still learning but super sweet and main reason why we picked here and chose to continue with signing a lease and continuing to stay here. Maintenance team seems nice but stressed out and tired. Not sure if it is the normal routine or not but they came by to fix my request 2 days after it was in. Which is fantastic However, I walked into my apartment with one person working and no notice that someone would be working in my apartment. Super friendly dude and fixed both of my maintenance requests super quick.

|Recommended: YesReview — There is absolutely no parking if you come in after 11. I’ve had to drive around or park illegally just to have a place to park to go in.
|Recommended: YesCommunication — It is very hard to get in contact with the ladies in the leasing office. It is also very hard to get your things fixed by maintenance, I still haven’t had my move in checklist items fixed.

|Recommended: YesI Feel Right at Home — I definitely made the right choice by renting here - the entire property is clean and welcoming, and it's honestly better than I imagined The only real gripe I have is that I can hear when my upstairs neighbors walk around and do their laundry, but that's it - and it doesn't really bother me All in all, this is a fantastic community and there's nothing more I could ask for.

|Recommended: NoNot bad, maintenance could be better, and no pool — Apartments are overall what can be expected for the price in the area. Parking is always availble at apartments. You can occasionally hear apartments through the walls floors, but only when they are being louder. Most residents are respectful and quiet all hours. Grounds are kept very well but due to damage in the pool on Memorial day weekend, the pool has been closed all summer and I would think that they could have it fixed by now. Maintenance requests are hit and miss, sometimes filled in a very timely manner, other times not filled for over a month.

We do apologize for the inconvenience and lengthiness of our pool repair. Unfortunately, the weather has not been in our favor during our attempts to make the repair as quickly and proficiently as possible. The repair has been made, the pool is being filled and we expect it to be open next week, just in time for the hot weather! We appreciate your patience with our maintenance team as well, as they work very hard to complete everything in a timely manner. |Recommended: YesQuiet, clean and friendly atmosphere — The staff is very helpful and friendly and provides a safe and clean living community. Amenities that are included in monthly rent are slow in repair, due to lack of sufficient enough maintenance staff.

|Recommended: YesAwesome place — The apartment is close to so much night life and entertainment. There's always parking close to your apartment. The green space behind the complex is massive and very pretty. Management is very nice and understanding. Great all around. Highly recommend. Only downside is my upstairs neighbors can be heard running walking around late at night.

|Recommended: YesPretty good — I have not lived here for very long, but I really like it The set up of my apartment is great and they are pretty good with grounds keeping. It also feels pretty safe here. I like that there is a park right next to the complex. I also like the gym, tennis court, pool, and dog park within the complex. Anytime I have had to go to the office, the workers were very nice and helpful. Parking is a bit rough but not terrible. The biggest problems are my neighbors are pretty loud and they never pick up after their dogs.
