|Recommended: YesQuiet, Clean And Friendly Atmosphere — The staff is very helpful and friendly and provides a safe and clean living community. Amenities that are included in monthly rent are slow in repair, due to lack of sufficient enough maintenance staff.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Place — The apartment is close to so much night life and entertainment. There's always parking close to your apartment. The green space behind the complex is massive and very pretty. Management is very nice and understanding. Great all around. Highly recommend. Only downside is my upstairs neighbors can be heard running walking around late at night.

|Recommended: YesPretty Good — I have not lived here for very long, but I really like it The set up of my apartment is great and they are pretty good with grounds keeping. It also feels pretty safe here. I like that there is a park right next to the complex. I also like the gym, tennis court, pool, and dog park within the complex. Anytime I have had to go to the office, the workers were very nice and helpful. Parking is a bit rough but not terrible. The biggest problems are my neighbors are pretty loud and they never pick up after their dogs.

|Recommended: YesGreat To Be Home — Staff is Warm and Welcoming, helpful to make your transition go smooth Maintenance is my pet peeve, requests are done in a timely manner and Professional Grounds cleanliness is an ongoing task, as it is not only a Groundskeeper and Property Management responsibility, I feel it is us as Residents also, It is our Community and we should see to it that we ALL can enjoy a nice, clean and SAFE community to live in.
Brixworth is located in a GREAT spot on the map for me, close to the my Everyday needs, shopping, Dr. appts., Social Life etc. My Favorite Amenity is the Swimming Pool
I am going on my 2nd year of Residency here.

|Recommended: YesRealest Review — Ok, so here’s the realest review ever.. I’ve been here for a week and I’m ...... happy. I love the community and I can see myself being here for a while... buttttt I moved in 7days ago and still don’t have AC. It’s blowing but not cold and it’s June Thankfully it’s been a rainy overcast week But first things first I was tile I was getting a renovated apartment.. but did not. Thankfully, they took good care of their apartment. I received a “partially renovated” apartment and it’s..... not bad. After my touch . But honestly the biggest problem is I moved in a week ago with no air.. and still..... no air.. the sweet and respectfulness of the property managers make it ... better. I truly feel like they care and that’s enough for me.. it’s been rainy while I’ve been here so I won’t complain.. but I could only imagine if the sun was blasting.. long story short .. move here. Great community, and I was told that they have more help now with maintenance.. maybe your experience will start out smoother than mine.

|Recommended: YesPretty Good Secret Spot To Live — I really like it at these apartments, all of my problems have been addressed and they staff are very friendly. The buildings themselves are a little old but that is fine as they are constantly trying to update them.

|Recommended: YesGood Looks, Good People, Poor Logistics — Starting with the positives, this is a pretty complex, with nice people, good architecture, and an uplifting vibe to it. There are some issues though primarily is the behind-the-scenes processing. I have not been able to get a work order completed for my apartment yet. Additionally the office's lunch break coincides with my own and they are out all weekend so I do not have many opportunities to visit and file orders or ask questions. I have also not had luck in the past with the office picking up phone calls or returning emails. Parking is very cramped although I do not blame anyone for this since the parking lots cant exactly be updated. When I do talk to someone they are more helpful and more friendly than the average office worker I would say. The property value is also high, because I really like the tennis court, the next-door park, and the infrastructure surrounding the complex. The only other complaint I have is the dog park is garbage. but other than that I like it. Don't plan on leaving for the time being.

|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — I’ve only been here for four days. So far so good my air wasn’t working when I first moved in but I put in a work order and they came the same days within a few hours and fixed the problem. The grounds of the complex are very well kept. My apartment needs some updates like a new kitchen counter, the flooring has a couple imperfections, and the cabinets need to updates and have some broken spots as well but over all not bad. The community is very quiet and nice. Happy to be here so far.

|Recommended: YesSo Far, So Good — It feels safe and calm to live on the property. The property is gated which makes me feel safe and there isn't a lot of noise or people around outside ALL the time so it gives me a good, calm energy.

|Recommended: YesNice Place To Live — The staff are nice, the apartment is clean and quiet, the neighbors are very quit and considerate, parking is available all the time. I had problem with internet The apartment was supposed to have the fiber already available working but after I moved in, the AT T informed me that the there is a problem with the fibers in the apartment The AT T gave me the same excuse for my previous apartment's internet too So I suppose it is more probably related to AT T rather than the apartment building
